ANNOUNCEMENT FOR APPLICATION TO BE PART OF STAFF EXCHANGE PROGRAM

ERASMUS+ MOBILITIES AT THE UNIVERSITY OF ORADEA Date 15/10/2024

Background:

Textile and Apparel Department in collaboration with Department of Textiles, Leather and Industrial Management in Oradea University Romania have secured funding from Erasmus+ program under Key Action 1 to carry out staff and student capacity building project. The activities of the project involves exchange program where beneficiaries will be required to visit the textile department in Oradea University (10 days for staff and 3 months for students). The beneficiaries will learn new technologies applied in the textile industry, circular economy in textile industry, attend textile seminars and many other textile related information. Interested staff members can apply to be considered for the exchange programme

Place of selection: UNESWA Luyengo Campus

Selection/eligibility criteria:

  • The applicant must be full time academic staff member of UNESWA in a relevant Department. Members from TAD Department will have added advantage
  • Previous experience/research in areas related to textiles supported by evidence
  • Strong motivation to be part of the exchange programme
  • Proposed work plan

Applicants must include the following with their application:

  • Detailed CV
  • Motivation indicating the relevance of the exchange programme and how the candidate will benefit from the proposed exchange programme and put to use the knowledge and skill acquired.
  • Proposed work plan, identifying relevant activities the applicant may undertake at the University of Oradea, Romania.

STUDENTS

  • Good academic performance
  • Strong motivation to be part of the exchange programme

Aplicants must include the following with their application:

  • Detailed CV
  • Motivation indicating the relevance of the exchange programme and how the candidate benefits from the proposed exchange programme
  • The most recent academic record (Results)
  • Copy of travel document (passport or evidence of application madefor the same), if available.
