CHANGE OF SUBJECTS/COURSES ON REGISTRATION FORM (ADD & DROP FORM)

To be completed by students requesting to add and/or drop courses from their current registration.

Please read the following instructions before submitting your add/drop form:

1. Complete all required student information accurately.
2. Select your programme and year of study carefully.
3. Select the course(s) you wish to add and/or drop.
4. Provide a brief reason for the requested change.
5. Review all information carefully before submitting the form.
6. Submission of the form does not guarantee approval of the requested changes.
7. Tick the "terms and conditions" box at the end, having read the terms and conditions carefully.

Terms and Conditions – CHANGE OF SUBJECTS/COURSES ON REGISTRATION FORM (ADD & DROP FORM)

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before submitting this form:

1. Financial implications of dropping courses
   I understand that only course(s) dropped within the first two calendar weeks after the commencement of lectures, and not later than 12 September 2025, are eligible for a refund.
2. Accuracy of information
   I confirm that all information provided in this form, including my student number, programme, semester and course selections, is accurate and complete.
3. Responsibility for course selection
   I understand that I am responsible for selecting courses that are applicable to my programme and appropriate for my current level/semester of study.
4. Maximum credit load
   I understand that, as a student on a warning academic status, adding courses using this form does not exempt me from credit limits stipulated in my particular warning.
5. Course prerequisites
   I understand that selecting a course on this form does not necessarily mean that I have satisfied all prerequisites or other requirements for that course. My registration remains subject to verification by the Faculty.
6. Verification by the Faculty
   The Faculty reserves the right to review my selected courses and amend, reject or require changes to my selections where they do not comply with the approved curriculum, prerequisites, academic regulations or the permitted credit load.
7. Outstanding/failed courses
   I understand that I should select courses in accordance with my academic status and the requirements of my programme, including courses that I am required or permitted to repeat where applicable.
8. Submission of the form
   I understand that I should submit the form only once and that any subsequent changes to my course selections should be communicated to the Faculty through the appropriate official channel.
9. Declaration
   By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and that I accept responsibility for the accuracy of the information and course selections submitted.
