REGISTRATION FOR first SEMESTER 2026/2027

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO STUDENTS

ONLINE ACADEMIC REGISTRATION FORMS
The Faculty has made the following academic registration forms available online. Please select and complete the form that applies to your academic situation.

Please NOTE that these forms are ONLY for students whose academic status matches the purpose of the specific form. All other students are to use the registration portal for self registration.

1. April Intake Registration Form

Students who were admitted in the April Intake and need to register for courses in their 7th semester should complete this form.

2. Academic Warning Form

Students who are currently on Academic Warning and need to register for courses in accordance with the applicable academic requirements should complete this form.

3. Probation Form

Students who are on Probation and are required to register within the applicable probation credit limit should complete this form.

4. Fail and Repeat Form

Students whose academic status is FAIL& REPEAT should complete the Fail and Repeat Form.

5. Add and Drop Form

Students who need to add and/or drop courses from their registration should complete the Add and Drop Form.

Ensure that your student number, programme, semester/year of study and course selections are correct.
Carefully review your information before submitting the form.
Submission of a form does not automatically constitute approval of the requested academic changes.
Requests will be subject to verification and processing by the Faculty Administrator.
Please follow up on your form by email should you not receive a response within 3 working days
Students are encouraged to use their UNESWA student email address when communicating with the Faculty.
Do not submit multiple forms for the same request.
